Some clients may believe that they are bound by a contractual agreement, when in reality, they are not. Numerous agencies aim to mislead individuals into thinking that they are obligated to stay for the duration of their tenants’ lease, but this is a falsehood.

The process simply requires the signing of a few documents, which can be conveniently transmitted electronically or in-person if preferred. Our priority is to ensure the change is hassle-free for you. 

Let us illustrate how simple the process can be for you:

  • You notify us of your desire for us to assume responsibility for managing your property portfolio.
  • We will initiate contact with your current agency, convey your decision to them, and request that they send the necessary paperwork to our office.
  • We check and fill in the paperwork on your behalf.
  • You sign your copy along with a written notice to terminate your agreement (which we prepare on your behalf).
  • We will send the notice to the previous agency and coordinate the retrieval of your property file and keys from their office.
  • We notify your tenants in writing. Then, we welcome them personally via phone and walk them through our latest services.
  • WOLF Real Estate Agents becomes your new management agency (as of the agreed date). No more for you to do but let us take care of your property portfolio!
  • We arrange a property inspection to update the existing condition report (if required) and keep you informed each step of the way.
